Return & Exchange Policy

At leatheronlinejackets, we take pride in offering premium leather jackets made from the highest quality materials, with meticulous attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at help@leatheronlinejackets.com. We will review your request within 24 hours and guide you through the return or exchange process.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • The tags must remain intact.
  • The item should be in its original packaging.

Please note that customers are responsible for verifying the size chart before placing an order. If the jacket is ordered and delivered according to the size chart, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized products (e.g., personalized jackets or engraved items).
  • Worn, altered, or damaged items.

If you have any concerns about returning or exchanging an item, please contact us before proceeding.

Refunds or Exchanges After 30 Days

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve followed up with your bank and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at help@leatheronlinejackets.com.
