IS SHIPPING FREE?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on most items. For certain products, free shipping is available on orders over $75.

WHY IS MY ORDER SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery. In some cases, if an item is in high demand or on backorder, we may ship items at different times in separate packages. This way, you won’t have to wait for your entire order to arrive before receiving part of it.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are dispatched directly from our domestic and international warehouses. We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, but delivery times vary depending on the product and destination:

  • USA Orders: Estimated delivery within 1–5 weeks.

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 1–6 weeks.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes, and high demand or customs delays may occasionally extend delivery times.

WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN TRANSIT?

Every order is shipped with insured shipping and handling. While we cannot control customs or postal services, we’ve got you covered. If your package gets lost, returned, or stuck in customs, we’ll arrange for a replacement shipment with full tracking whenever possible. WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS OR TAXES?

All prices displayed on our site are in USD and tax-free. However, depending on your country’s laws, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees once your order arrives. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
